We booked our wedding (of 150 guests) with only nine days’ notice as we’d panned to have it on our private property but the weather meant we had to find an alternative venue at the last minute. From the moment we made contact with the Events Manager, we were given top priority (even outside of business hours) and the logistics of the last-minute change was handled with ease. Nothing was a problem and the venue worked with us to accommodate our existing plans with a minimum of disruption so the best night of our lives was as close as possible to our original vision. Even though the venue was booked for another event the following day, the staff went above-and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We had an amazing night and couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. We’d highly recommend the venue for anyone wanting a hassle-free wedding in an incredible location.

Nicole and the team at Number 1 Ocean Street provided such a high quality service for our wedding a few weeks ago. Nicole is easy to communicate with, answered my many emails promptly and provided advice which helped immensely in the planning phase of the event. The venue looked stunning and has uninterrupted beachfront access which was a bonus as our guests were able to walk 5 minutes down from our ceremony location. The team was flexible and on the day were attentive and helped the event flow seamlessly. Thank you for making such an effort to help coordinate our reception particularly with a champagne tower on arrival and busy cocktail hour for 115 people. I would strongly recommend this venue for a wedding.

The day ran smoothly and the venue worked closely with particular vendors, in our case Nicole worked closely with Spare Chef catering and Special Occasions to ensure our whole day went smoothly. The reception was beautiful, especially as the sun was setting, all of our guests spoke of how amazing the staff and the venue were. I would absolutely recommend Number 1 Ocean Street.

We found this venue on a very small chance of us overhearing a conversation whilst on holidays. From the day we looked at their website we were in love with the venue and the photos are honestly nothing compared to how beautiful it is inside. This venue helped me create my dream wedding with ease as it is the PERFECT canvas. I couldn’t have asked for a better day or venue, the staff and venue manager were also very easy to deal with and offered assistance wherever required. We had the most perfect wedding at the Woolgoolga Surf Life Saving Club! The venue and views are absolutely stunning, but what truly made our special day unforgettable was the incredible service. We held our wedding at Woolgoolga SLSC. It was a fantastic venue with the beautiful beach on show. The staff were lovely to work with and the lift was a bonus for older guests. We’d definitely recommend Woopi SLSC.
